Hallo

some greetings from Keulen in Duitsland

Proud to get some decals from Flame and Jawi, I was able to do a small fotoalbum of all the rallycars I rebuild with decals

I build only cars which I have seen at this special rally in natura (and took fotos of it)

I am Happy That I live in the west of germany to see many belgium and dutch Rallyes becaus (as you know) Germany is not a rally paradise

If someone have ideas where to get also german decals (or also czech=Barum 2009) I would be happy to know

They are not all perfect, but i have seen some very nice builts there. Good job and keep on building, man

yes indeed it is getting better and better.

Thats also the reason why I posted the fotos sorted starting with no. 1 (Ducal/Corolla) in the order I buid them.

The first trys were really bad, and some of the things on the photos (hanging mirrows - incorrect glued headlamps etc) are fixxed allready. But before was a period of twenty years without any model-building. Now with nearly fifty I have to learn that eyes and hands were getting older... and also to find the patience needs some training.

And indeed the brutaly zoomed fotos show really all faults and mistakes, I had the idea the real models, are better than they are (as I told you the eyes.....)

However I have a big fun and I am sure in some years I will be on the same level as you guys here in this forum.

the last models like the dutch corolla and the S05 I really started to like.

Wanted to post them here, because this threat in this forum gave me the idea to try something what I havent done before.

p.s. My next try the set of three Wevers Focus "Deutschland 2008" is a hard one, but I hope they will get better -
such a shame that I have no space for 1/24 but with nearly 500 ready made 1/43 my "rally room" is getting out of space

Indeed, i could see there is a big progress in the models.
The one I like most, is the Corolla from Melissa with "Lambermont" on the side of the car. Very well done.
Keep up the good work and keep on growing.

Hey Andreas have you quite what models made, some are not entirely perfectly but that were not of me also to the beginning.
But you are complete well busy and hope that we can see more of your work.
And if you have a problem we it hear, however.

Andreas, welcome on the forum! Nice cars that you have made, some with little mistakes but some off them very nice build!!

Als bekend ben ik overgestapt naar de 1:18 schaal ,, we beginnen uiteraard met de eerste Nederlandse WK auto , voorzien van WRM sticker ..
eerst de witte basis decals ..

WOWWWW Gerard heeeel mooooi gedaan,heerlijk model weer.
2 dingetjes nog je bent de binnenkant van wielkasten vergeten wit te maken,en de hoedeplank.
Maar voor de rest BRILJANT gemaakt.
En gaaf zeg dat je een stuk bumper hebt van de S12

Prachtig Gerard, zeer mooi gedaan.
En idd, de wielkasten binnenin mogen wit, maar denk dat de zwarte hoedeplank op de S12 wel juist is, in de S12b zat deze nietmeer. Maar ben nie 100% zeker.

Idd,Guido je hebt gelijk de hoedeplank blijft zwart had verkeerd gekeken.
Hij zit er zelfs helemaal niet in zag ik op sommige foto,maargoed dat hinderd niet.
Het is en blijft een heerlijk model om naar te kijken.
Excusses....Gerard
