Hij was wel snel maar toch zeer overmoedig, zijn rally eindigde in een waterput! Zijn co-piloot schreeuwde om hulp, maar niemand voelde zich geroepen om in het vuile water duw- en of trekwerk te gaan verrichten.

In onderstaand filmpje van de RTBF over de Bianchi, ter inleiding van hun live-rapportage van kp1 in 1985, komt Hohenester ook nog even voorbij.

That explains why you couldn't find anything. That rally never gets much coverage.

Does anybody know what date the 1985 Liege International Police Rally was on?

On another ex-Mike Stuart Rover Vitesse that I am researching, I found a small sticker which I think is a scrutineering sticker and it says...

Does the No 31 mean the 31st rally in 1988, or does it mean Entry No 31?

I don't think it means the 31st Boucles De Spa as in 1988 all of the cars were Group A, and the Vitesse had been banned along with the Group B cars at the end of 1986?

'Verifié' means the car has passed (succesfully) scrutineering.

Snijers had nog ruim tijd om op ons te wuiven, terwijl de motor plaffoneerde.
